RoÅŸ-AlbaÅŸtrii appoint Dorinel Munteanu

Steaua Bucureşti appointed Dorinel Munteanu, a fixture with the Tricolorii for over fifteen years as the man to guide them to a championship. Dorinel joins the Roş-Albaştrii from Universitatea Cluj-Napoca after Marius Lăcătuş resigned as manager. For supporters of the club and all of Romanian Football, it was difficult to see him leave Steaua Bucureşti but Dorinel will keep the traditions of the club in good hands.
Rumours of Marius Lăcătuş returning to management in Turkey (Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe ?) sprang-up over the weekend.
